What to Do If Your Package Is Lost or Stolen

If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend filing a complaint directly with the carrier. They will be able to assist you in locating your package or initiating an investigation. Please note that we are unable to provide any refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.  We understand that this can be frustrating, but unfortunately, we have no control over the actions of third-party carriers once the package has been delivered.
